What’s the Point? is a video and lesson plan. There are three areas of focus for the child:
- To teach children how decimal tenths are written
- To offer a range of opportunities to practise using tenths as decimals
- To help children to see how tenths fit into our place-value system, and how they relate to units, tens and hundreds.
